> Company History
Cuban-born Vince Eupierre purchased his first Burger King restaurant in the late 1970's.
Mr. Eupierre's philosophy is "The customer comes first." Former Burger King President, C. Ronald Petty, once said "Vince would work the stores 24 hours a day, seven days a week; he is dedicated and totally focused on his customers."
Vince is a conservative businessman; his successes have been the result of numerous years of precise, intelligent growth. He has built Mancha Development into a company of more than 30 Burger King® stores. Vince continues to operate the privately-held companies and has no plans to go public.
Vince has said "You have to have the right person working for you. At the end of the day, you're going to succeed or fail on the basis of your management team." Vince focuses on two key points in employees: intelligence and passion. Says Vince, "I was fortunate to realize that to succeed in the business, you must surround yourself with people a little smarter than you are."
Mr. Eupierre is striving to take a proactive approach with his management team and operation of the company. This has made a dramatic impact for Mancha Development Company, which continues to grow and expand. |
